Scout nearby communities that surround each individual refugee camp before we build a school. Making sure there is a stable infrastructure.
Establish partnerships with local governments and nonprofits in each individual country. This will help with understanding the needs of each camp and possibly the surrounding community.
Once locations and partnerships have been established, building can start!
Once a school is finished being built HSL wants to then focus on providing ongoing support to the school and teachers. Data shows this is where the impact on these refugee communities truly lie and make difference.
